Responsibilities

• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Operate all equipment.
• Prepare product to standard specifications.
• Staffing, including interviews and new team member training.
• Paperwork.
• Cost controls.
• Cash control.
• Food management, including product inventory.
• Maintain a perfect image.
• Deliver great customer service.
• Ensure attendance & punctuality; manage transportation to/from work.
• Keep store clean.
• Support marketing & profitability.
• Communicate written instructions accurately.
• Engage with customers and co-workers to process orders.
• Perform basic arithmetic and data entry into digital systems.
