Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis and support the General Manager in delivering smooth shifts and strong guest service.

You'll participate in local store marketing, coaching team members, and promoting sale and profit goals while upholding our standards of quality and a positive work environment. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required; pay ranges $16.00-$19.00 per hour depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis.
• You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly.
• You'll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.
