Culver's Of Decatur #258 is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach the crew, protect food safety and cash standards, and help grow the next generation of leaders.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience (1-2+ years preferred) or strong Culver's PIC/shift-lead track record.
• Clear communicator who coaches with respect and holds the standard.
• Dependable nights, weekends, and holidays availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead and run shifts so food, speed, and guest experience stay on point
• Coach and mentor crew and shift leaders; build a high-performing team
• Own opening/closing, cash, labor, and food-safety standards on your shifts
• Partner with the General Manager on hiring, scheduling, and store priorities
