Shoe Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a front-line team and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. You will support the store manager, coach staff, and own day-to-day operations, balancing sales, service, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills.
• Must be driven!
• Experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company.
