Domino's Pizza in Bella Vista, AR is seeking a team member to manage shift responsibilities including cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations, while upholding all policies and standards.

You'll handle staffing, paperwork, food prep, store cleanliness, and ensure timely, friendly service with attendance and punctuality. Opportunities exist to advance from delivery driver to management and beyond within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Operate all equipment and follow safety standards.
• Stock ingredients and prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to schedules and standards.

Responsabilités

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations.
• You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
