Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, labor management, and basic computer systems.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to train and engage team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager-on-Duty and support the General Manager in daily operations
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling team members
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
• Deliver high quality product and customer service
• Support sales growth and profitability by helping manage food and labor costs
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Foster a positive, productive, and professional team environment
• Serve as a coach and mentor to team members across store positions
• Build strong relationships with customers and local community
• Handle cash management, reconciliation, and reporting
• Assist with inventory management and product control
• Support local store marketing and promotions
