Qualifications

• Prior management or similar leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or applicable role.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from team.
• Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints.
• Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
