Job summary

Subway in El Paso is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a small team, ensure guest satisfaction, and keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming.

You will supervise 4–12 staff, assist in planning events and promotions, help with ordering and inventory, and coordinate training to ensure smooth daily service. This role offers hands-on career experience in a restaurant business with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
