Krispy Kreme is seeking an Assistant Manager in Charleston, SC to partner with the General Manager, drive a WOW customer experience, and support shop operations. You will develop staff, foster teamwork, and work toward long-term growth to become a General Manager.

You’ll help with staffing, training, promotions, cash handling, inventory, and ensuring equipment and sanitation standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with 0–10% travel and eligibility to work in the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience in a job involving food service or retail industry.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of customer-focused employees and foster teamwork.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist with in-shop accounting functions including cash handling and revenue deposits.
• Ensure equipment, POS, and other shop resources are operational.
• Maintain high level of shop sanitation and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and welcome guests' unique identities.
