Job summary

East TN Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino's, is hiring store managers to lead a team in the Chattanooga area. This is a part-time, hourly role where you oversee a shift, coach teammates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

No previous management? we will train you. You will work 2–4 shifts per week with some weekends, and you must be able to drive to nearby locations as needed and maintain high standards of safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude and high energy are essential.
• Prior experience in Domino's or in people management is required.
• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA.
• Good driving record and ability to use Outlook / email.
• High School diploma or equivalent; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of your shift and lead by example.
• Help at other locations near your chosen location as needed.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain team training and culture.
• Manage People, Operations, Sales, or Profits during shifts.
• This role is part-time, 2–4 shifts per week with some weekends.
