Knox Pizza, LLC doing business as Domino's is seeking a proactive Store Manager/Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in our Knoxville area locations. You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Domino's standards. This is a full-time, hourly role with overtime opportunities.

We value leadership, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within the Domino's brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Strong leadership, positive attitude and high energy are essential.
• Experience in Domino's or leading people is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook) is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good driving record and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead by example and coach team members to deliver great customer experiences.
• Potentially assist at nearby locations as needed; schedule includes 5+ days per week with weekends.
• Manage people, operations, sales and profits while maintaining safety and culture.
