Responsibilities

• Perform duties of customer service reps and delivery drivers when needed.
• Manage shifts, schedule staff, monitor inventory, and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate cash register, collect payments, and ensure correct portions and recipes.
• Lead a team of 3 to 30 during shifts, train and develop staff, foster a positive culture.
