Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management and adherence to standards.
• Operate all equipment and ensure product is prepared, stocked, and served to high quality.
• Maintain store cleanliness, handle orders, and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Assist with marketing, transportation, attendance, punctuality and profitability initiatives.
