Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, through its Photogenic division, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the local team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop staff and deliver memorable souvenir experiences.

Photography experience is not required; the role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and operational excellence, with opportunities for career advancement and involvement in vendor

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Photography experience not required
• Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service
• Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations and assist where needed
• Assist Operations Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting
• All other duties as assigned
