Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Experience with budgeting and financial responsibilities.
• Ability to lead and develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Maintain overall restaurant profitability and efficiency.
• Direct food preparation, order assembly, and customer transactions.
• Interview, hire, and train new team members while coordinating daily activities.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control.
• Lead by example to meet budgets and grow sales.
