Job summary

Lee’s Marketplace, a family-owned grocery chain in Utah, seeks an Assistant Manager/Key Holder to support store operations and guest experience. You will help open/close, supervise shifts, and assist in receiving deliveries across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years retail experience.
• Experience managing inventory and cost control.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store per procedures and secure building.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty in absence of leadership.
• Oversee receiving deliveries, stocking, merchandising.
• Provide hands-on leadership across all departments.
• Ensure guest service standards and resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor tasks and ensure completion.
• Promote safety and maintain store cleanliness.
