Job summary

Kay Jewelers, a unit of Signet Jewelers, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll coach team members, ensure product knowledge and service standards, and help recruit and train staff, upholding company policies and driving a positive, results-driven store environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining focus on sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and a positive store environment.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.

Assistant Store Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Our Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties.
