Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing MuleSoft platform infrastructure, including strategic planning, software installation, maintenance, upgrade, capacity planning, administration, configuration, and support of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand business requirements and translate them into an IT product/services roadmap for major product areas.
2. Deliver integrated, technically sound solutions for assigned products.
3. Execute the vision, strategy, and IT product roadmap.
4. Work with business analysts to develop requirements documents and use cases for new features.
5. Coordinate with DevOps Portfolio Release Lead to ensure integration of planned releases into the schedule.
6. Monitor development projects supporting new features in collaboration with project managers.
7. Collaborate with delivery leads and other IT product managers to develop milestones and support new features.
8. Manage stable, mature products/applications with limited business criticality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of IT experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Experience with application development platforms/languages, cloud computing (SaaS/PaaS), DevOps tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, Jira), and integration technologies (Tibco, Informatica, CAS).
• Experience with agile/scrum development, product architecture, and solution architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, influence, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience leading 4-5 team members.
• Experience with middleware technologies like MuleSoft, WebSphere, WebLogic, IIB, Tibco, and automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Knowledge of messaging/streaming technologies (IBM MQ, Active MQ, Rabbit MQ) and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience in administering middleware and managing medium to large infrastructure.
