Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join their team in a fast-paced retail setting. The role covers customer service, shift supervision and store operations, with responsibilities spanning from taking orders to ensuring food quality and safety.

You will work closely with a team to manage 3–30 staff, perform cash handling, and maintain a clean, professional storefront aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Judgement, math and multi-tasking abilities required.
• Experience in customer service or fast-paced retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times per Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
