Job summary

A tanning service provider is seeking a Manager in Stafford, Virginia. The ideal candidate will lead the store team, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to operational standards. A mandatory 5-week training program is included. Candidates must have supervisory experience and be able to lift 25 pounds. Starting pay is $14.50 plus commission, with a flexible work schedule available.

Responsibilities

• Attend a required 5-week manager training course.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.

• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements.
• Control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assign and manage daily tasks to keep the store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
