Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a career-minded Assistant General Manager to lead the store management team in Houston. You will focus on taking care of our team, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and upholding operational metrics.

As a leader, you will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and drive a culture of excellence with a focus on growth and advancement within our established national brand.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept preferred.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
