What You'll Do
As a Travel Heavy Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key partner to Center Directors and a visible leader across our fleet of businesses. You will lead from the front on the donor floor, taking ownership of key parts of daily operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming experience. You will be a key part of the culture - jumping in wherever necessary and creating a positive environment for the team and our donors. You will play a key role in supporting and improving centers in transition, providing guidance and support for growing centers, and filling leadership gaps where needed. This role is expected to travel up to 75%. You are someone comfortable organically building buy-in and operating autonomously.
