Qualifications

• Must have experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions for the restaurant.
