Taco Bell in Glen Cove is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support leadership development. You will work with the Restaurant General Manager to drive goals, ensure a welcoming guest experience, and uphold clean, hot & fresh meals.

You will grow and mentor the team through training and hiring while communicating goals and updates, fostering a positive, collaborative family environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics and lead restaurant team to reach goals
• Ownership of the guest experience that includes friendly interactions, a clean restaurant and hot & fresh meals
• Grow and mentor team through training and hiring
• Effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates, etc
• Lead the overall positive and collaborative family environment.
