Kid to Kid is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager at our Kennesaw, GA location. You'll play a key role on the sales floor, coach team members, and help maintain a busy, shoppable store focused on sustainable fashion and community involvement.

You will cross-train across store operations, support from a dedicated admin team, and enjoy flexible scheduling alongside a robust benefits package, including health plan eligibility and PTO.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from community sellers.
• Use the computer system to buy in and price items.
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing.
• Test toys and assemble equipment.
• Ring up customers at the register and teach selling to us.
• Help create posts on social media pages.
• Opening and closing tasks, including nightly reports and tills.
• Inventory management and moving stock with a company box truck.
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team.
