Dunkin' franchisee in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store manager with daily operations and lead a team delivering exceptional guest service. You will help manage financial performance, drive sales, and ensure smooth store operations.

As a role model, you will train staff, enforce company policies, and uphold labor laws with integrity and accountability on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to train staff and maintain high guest service standards.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company's business plan.
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication and relationship building.
• Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, Team Members, and corporate management.
