Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team toward delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will support the manager in daily operations, coach staff, and ensure the store runs smoothly on a fast-paced retail floor.

This role requires at least 4 years in customer service or retail, with a dynamic, outgoing personality and leadership potential. Weekend availability is a must; growth and team-focused environment offered.

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills
• Must be driven!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have... Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company
