Job summary

Gold's Gym PNW seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily club operations and inspire a high-energy team. You will work closely with the Club Manager to deliver outstanding member experiences, oversee membership sales, fitness programs, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant work experience (sales, retail, reception, customer service).
• Two or more years of staff supervision and onboarding experience.
• Ability to manage front desk recruitment processes, membership tours, interviews and sales.
• Exceptional customer service skills, responding to multiple questions via phone, email and in person.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Availability: weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven Leadership: 2-4 years of management experience in a team-oriented environment, ideally within retail, hospitality, or fitness.
• Previous experience in Fitness Industry (Sales, Operations etc.)
• Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You know how to motivate and engage a team and members.
• Comfortable using gym management software, email, and digital tools.
• Availability: Must be flexible with working hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
