Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with service bay time.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; familiar with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability for weekends and some holidays; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities
