Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager in Suwanee, GA to support Store Manager in leading daily operations across service bay, front counter, and back office. • 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay work.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
