Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager for our FRIENDSWOOD, TX (BAYBROOK) store to lead the team on the floor and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will help the store run smoothly, take ownership of operations, and grow with the brand.

We value prior retail or customer service experience and leadership ability, with weekend availability required. You’ll learn product knowledge and help coach staff in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years: Customer Service experience required
• 1 year: Management preferred
• 3 years: Cashier experience
