A fast-paced and growing restaurant group is now hiring Assistant Managers for our fast casual Mexican concepts in Manhattan. We have a lot of opportunities to grow. We are a very reliable and steady workplace since we never closed during the pandemic. Our team is mature, respectful, responsible, and friendly to guests and each other. These are our core values.

Qualities we're looking for:
  • 2 year minimum experience in a leadership position at a fast casual restaurant.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in managing profitability of high volume restaurant.
  • NYC Department of Health Certified in Food Handling and Protection.
  • Documented career stability and growth.
  • Leaders with a sense of pride, urgency, and the ability to inspire.
  • Open Availability.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities include:
  • Driving profitability in the store.
  • Financial Review.
  • Controlling and reducing costs in relation to labor, purchasing, inventory, and waste.
  • Involvement in daily service and rushes.
  • Supervising and managing all employees at the store.
  • Inventory management.
  • Scheduling.
  • Hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • General administrative work.
  • Catering administrative work.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction.
