Circle K in Duluth, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with hiring, supervision, merchandising, and ensuring top customer service while upholding company standards.

The role offers comprehensive benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement. This is a full-time, on-site position with flexible shift availability including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Formación

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills desirable.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• Standing/walking for extended periods will be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and coordinating staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute the food program and maintain quality standards.
