Job summary

Prairie Pizza, a Domino's franchise based out of Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Marion location. You will lead shifts, uphold policies, and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced store environment.

You'll manage staffing and paperwork, control costs, cash handling, and ensure standards, schedule adherence, and profitability. A positive, outgoing attitude and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. You must set the example.
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls for food and labor, cash control, work to a schedule, image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
