Responsibilities

Customer Service: deliver high-quality service, greet customers, resolve complaints, and assist with duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
Restaurant Operations: manage shifts, maintain quality/cleanliness, schedule staff, manage inventory, operate cash register, and ensure accurate production and adherence to recipes and procedures.
Team Leadership: lead, recruit, train, and develop a diverse team; foster a respectful, fun, and accountable culture.
