Join Tidal Wave Auto Spa as an Assistant Manager and help lead a small team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in operations, training, and basic admin tasks while ensuring a clean, safe car wash environment.

We offer competitive hourly pay with potential weekly commissions, a balanced schedule with 35–45 hours per week, and clear growth paths into higher management roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, creating a culture of teamwork and fun.
• Work in a fast paced and structured environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in training and developing employees at every position.
