Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an imaginative Assistant Wellness & Fitness Manager to join our team. You’ll manage all operations of Anatomy Gym and oversee customized programming and events.

You’ll blend hard‑core workouts with guided mindfulness, lead safety and security, and help guests define their wellness journeys. The role requires energy, leadership, and a flexible mindset to meet a 24‑hour operation.

Qualifications

• Passionate about safety and security with a minimum of 2 year of similar work experience.
• A post‑secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
• Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for managing all operations related to Anatomy Gym.
• Oversee customized programming and events.
