Job summary

RVP II, INC, doing business as Domino's, in Salem, VA, is hiring store managers to become the next leaders of our high-volume stores. This is a full-time, hourly role with overtime, reporting to the store leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will be mentored to grow from assistant manager to general manager and beyond, in a fast-paced, fun environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and performance.

Qualifications

• High energy and leadership to drive store performance.
• Experience managing people or Domino's stores preferred.
• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA.
• Good driving record and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High School diploma or equivalent; clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver great orders.
• Maintain safety, policy adherence, and quality customer service.
