Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop your team.
• Make sure everyone on your shift shows up and is ready to go.
• Place food orders and keep inventory in check.
• Put product quality above everything else.
• Keep the team looking sharp and professional.
• Follow all policies, including 100% Team Sharma App usage.
• Make sure every call is answered on the first ring.
