Papa John's Pizza of Memphis is looking for motivated individuals to start as Assistant Manager with a clear promotion path to General Manager through our training program. Start at your own pace, with options for part-time or full-time roles.

You will train to run the restaurant, oversee daily operations, and advance based on performance. Training program emphasizes leadership, customer service, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have valid photo identification and pass a criminal background check.
• Be at least 18 years old to work in management.
• A standard Papa John’s employment application must be completed to be considered for employment.

Responsibilities

• Opening or Closing a restaurant
• Preparing Inventory orders
• Setting up Cash Tills
• Making Pizzas and other food products
• Taking Customer Orders over the phone and in person
• Hiring and Training Employees
• Delivering orders when necessary
• Managing production and directing others
• Growing Sales and customers
