Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred and welcome for leadership roles.
• Experience supervising or managing a team is desired.
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring skills are a plus.
• Experience handling food is beneficial.
• High School or College degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising staff, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Ensure high service standards and regular onsite attendance.
• Support execution of our food program and lead by example.
