Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and operate in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
• Multitask with urgency and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Interface with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Understand accountability and integrity in all tasks.
• Open and close the store; manage schedules and inventory.
• Lead a crew of 3 to 7 people; train and coach staff.
• Proficient in slicing and food preparation; bake bread.
• Place inventory orders and participate in management meetings.
