You will participate in hiring, merchandising, bookkeeping and training, while upholding high standards and enabling a smooth, efficient store operation. This role provides a path to management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience in supervision or management is preferred.
• Recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills are desirable.
• Experience handling food is beneficial.
• High School/College Degree(s) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of station/store operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks.
• Assist with bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute Circle K food program standards.
