You will maintain high standards and deliver fast, friendly service to customers while ensuring reliable on-site attendance and executing our food program. Retail or supervisory experience is essential, with growth opportunities in a large, stable employer.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience required.
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring experience.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and daily task completion, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute Circle K food program standards.
• Set a positive example for staff and demonstrate urgency and leadership.
