Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience in supervision or management is a plus.
• Experience with hiring and interviewing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help hire, supervise and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers; ensure predictable onsite attendance.
• Support execution of the food program and set an example for the team.
