The position offers growth into store leadership and requires strong people and cash-handling skills. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for customer service, order accuracy, inventory and cost controls, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food service preferred.
• Ability to manage a shift and supervise staff 3–30.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Prepare fast, accurate products following recipes and procedures.
• Deliver products to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Uphold grooming standards and professional appearance.
