Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Panda Express location in Fort Wayne. You will help run daily operations, recruit and supervise staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes a comprehensive store leadership training program and ongoing career development within a supportive Panda community. Expected flexibility to travel within 50 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Open to open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support store leadership with training and development activities.
• Participate in leadership development programs and career growth opportunities.
