Circle K in Mankato, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with hiring, supervising, merchandising and daily task execution, while providing excellent customer service.

You will help maintain food program standards, ensure consistent attendance, and model urgency and leadership. This role offers a path for growth within a large, stable employer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or food service setting.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing and hiring staff.
• Retail or convenience store experience preferred.
• High school diploma or college degree required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of station operations.
• Lead staff, hire, supervise and coordinate daily tasks and merchandising.
• Maintain high service standards and provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Ensure regular onsite attendance and adherence to policies.
• Support food program execution and overall store performance.
