Circle K Stores Inc. in Summerville, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee station operations, assist in hiring and supervising staff, and ensure fast, friendly service to customers. You will help maintain standards, manage daily tasks, and support the Store Manager in bookkeeping and merchandising.

The role requires leadership, delegation, and excellent customer service. Prior retail supervisory experience and a high school diploma are preferred for success in a fast-paced convenience

• Strong cash handling, merchandising and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers; ensure on-site attendance.
• Execute Circle K food program standards and lead by example in day-to-day operations.
• Display urgency, patience and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
