Circle K in Thief River Falls, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced retail team. This full-time role offers flexible shift availability (days, evenings, overnights, weekends) and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

• Retail management or supervisory experience required.

• Ability to manage store operations, staffing, and merchandising.
• Strong cash-handling and bookkeeping skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks.
• Oversee bookkeeping and merchandising; ensure standards.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers; ensure predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute food program standards and lead by example.
